Remote login
If you request it, we can help you over
the Internet using
a remote desktop application. We can use
Teamviewer, VNC, Remote administrator,
Microsoft remote desktop (mstsc) or any
other software you prefer.
If you don't have a remote desktop
software already installed, we recommend
one of the following options:

Once you have one of these tools installed,

appointment date and time for the support session!

On-line chat
During support sessions, we
prefer to communicate using Skype. Please
send us your Skype name if you
