  Remote login

If you request it, we can help you over the Internet using a remote desktop application. We can use logmein.com, VNC, Remote administrator, Microsoft remote desktop (mstsc) or any other software you prefer.

If you don't have a remote desktop software already installed, we recommend one of the following options:

On-line chat
