Remote login
If you request it, we can help you over
the Internet using
a remote desktop application. We can use
logmein.com, VNC, Remote administrator,
Microsoft remote desktop (mstsc) or any
other software you prefer.
If you don't have a remote desktop
software already installed, we recommend
one of the following options:

Once you have one of these tools installed,
please send us an e-mail containing the
login information with a suggested
appointment date and time for the support session!

On-line chat
During support sessions, we
prefer to communicate using Skype or
MSN Messenger. Please
send us your Skype name or msn address if you
have one. You can also chat with us on-line
on our website if you see the "Operators Online" image.
